CONSUMPTION: 

It is 8-12 m2/Lt in first layer by depending on the surface that will be applied. It should be done controlled sample for certain consumption

APPLICATION 

All surfaces that Betek Jean Wear will be applied should be smooth, strong, dry and clean and in a condition that can carry paint. The surface should necessarily be pasted by Betek Interior Paste. The surface preparation process should be completed by applying Betek Decorative Primer after the pasted surface is sanded. After Betek Decorative Primer has been dried, Betek VitaMaxx colored as the bottom layer is applied to surface and left for dry (4-6 hours) the surface that the first paint has been applied is divided in to the pieces in 1m width, and it is masked by masking band. The last layer paint is applied with Betek Jean Wear Creative-Effect paint by being skipped one a piece. While paint is still wet, it is dyed with Betek Jean Wear brush horizontally by being pressed two times and vertically by being pressed one time. The brush is cleaned by a cloth not leaving hair at the end of each paint. Following to dying process, the surface is dyed vertically and horizontally two times with Betek Jean Wear Apparatus. The apparatus is cleaned by a cloth at the end of each paint. All these processes should be completed in 20 min.  Otherwise Jean Wear Design apparatus will cut the surface and cause to unwanted appearance. After the completion of all surface applications, the spaces are dyed by being put Betek Jean Wear Band to the joints.

DRYING TIME:

(20°C, at %65 HR): Touch Drying: 20 minute Perfect Dry: 24 hours

ATTENTION:

*It can be difference in color tone because of the application methods in the colors requested except Creative Effect Catalogue. It is suggested to be done sample applications in these cases. *the application should be done between + 10°C and +35°C. DON’T THIN! Because Betek Jean Wear Creative Effect has a transparent structure, the color selected for first layer affects the last appearance. It is suggested to be previewed on selected colors before application.
